What type of quality of hair do you sell?

We sell 100% virgin Human hair, which is also our best seller and our platinum 613 Human Hair. All cuticles are 100% aligned, amazing shine and luster, minimal to no shedding/ tangling, and has longevity( may last 3-5 years (+) with proper care, some customers mention their hair since 2018 and lasting up to date. The quality out matches other hair company brands due to the fact our focus is to always sell quality and take necessary caution to offer the best to our customers. 

What is the best collection for bleaching jobs?

The best collection for bleaching or coloring virgin hair is our 100% virgin human hair.  Since it is premium quality hair, it can handle harsh chemicals, such as bleach products, that can damage even our natural human hair. However, we do not recommended bleaching/coloring/toning any hair extensions if it is not done by a professional due to processing the hair, which enables the hair quality being altered. Therefore, QUEEN'S KLOSET LLC is not responsible for any alterations that may occur to the quality of our hair collections if customer/professional decides to process the hair.

Do QUEEN'S KLOSET LLC sell great blonde hair?

The BEST 613 Blonde extensions/wigs on the market right now that can be colored extremely well is our Blonde Collection. With our Blonde tresses being high quality, 100% human hair, does not have the yellow (not platinum) color of hair, and cuticles are aligned so will give you the silky straight(not a bunch of fly aways or very fragile), have amazing luster, and longevity (may last 1 yr(+) with proper care). How many bundles do I need?

We suggest for lengths 14-16"-Need 2 bundles or More, Lengths 18-24' -Need 3 bundles or more, Lengths 26-30' You Need 4 bundles or More, and 30'-Up'- Need 4/5 bundles or more.

Does our collections hair shed?

Any hair that undergoes the procedure of being wefted or stitched is capable of experiencing shedding. This is very normal as the common saying is 'all hair sheds', but minimal shedding means that the hair will not have a noticeable decrease amount in the density or volume of the hair . However, proper maintenance is important and highly advise.

Do the hair curl?

Yes! All our hair collections are able to be styled any way you like. For curling styles, we advise with each curl that the curls are pinned up first to cool down, so they can set and last throughout the day. In addition, we strongly advise properly washing the hair before styling or wanting to do a new style. 

                                                         HAIR TIPS 

How do I wash my extensions/wigs?

1. Before wetting your extensions/wigs, thoroughly brush or with a widetooth comb, comb the hair from tip to root to remove any tangles that may be in the hair.

2. Rinse hair with warm water and if hair is a extremely dirty use a neutralizing shampoo to remove dirt/residue and if not, use a moisturizing shampoo. We recommend Aussie products for the best results. 

3. When shampooing the hair, do not bunch the hair which can lead to tangling & matting. The best way to wash your hair is to hold hair by the weft or if a wig, place your palm inside wig and hold it right side up. Then, gently place shampoo on hair and  use wide tooth comb from tip of hair to root/scalp to thoroughly place shampoo on hair. Then after 2-3 mins, wash out shampoo.

4. Next, using a great quality conditioner such as, Aussie product or Silicon mix conditioner and place conditioner throughout hair. Leave conditioner on hair for about 1-2 hours or can leave hair under a hairdryer for 45 mins. so the pores in the hair can open and take in the moisture. Then rinse hair with lukewarm/cold water in the same directions as explained in #3. 

5. hand up wig or extensions to air dry or blow dry with warm to cold hair to minimize the amount of heat on hair. 

How many times should I wash my hair?

As many times as you like. We advise about every week or biweekly. 

How do I maintain my extensions/ wig(s)?

Please schedule your maintenance appointments every 2-3 weeks.

Do I need a morning/night routine?

Yes, treat this hair like your own hair. For morning, we advise to properly comb hair every morning by gently brushing hair from tips to roots in order to avoid shedding, which is a great way to maintain longevity of the hair. 

For night, gently brush hair before bed time. Do not sleep on hair when wet as this can lead to matting/tangling of the hair. Therefore, we advise that hair is completely dry before sleeping. Do not sleep on cotton, which cotton fabric can dry out anyones hair. We recommend sleep on satin/silk pillows. Before bed, wear a satin/silk scarf or bonnet to preserve moisture in the hair in order to prevent dryness, which can lead to breakage/shedding.

Can I use heat on the hair?

Yes, you can, but minimize the amount of heat used on hair as heat can cause damage if used too often. We recommend using heat every 1-2x a week.

For deep wave/curly extensions & wig(s):

Use curly defining products when wet if wearing the extensions/wigs in its natural form. This will prevent frizziness of the hair and make your curls pop! You can also use a light weight oil, such as Argon oil, to give a extra shine to the hair. 

Can I go swimming with the hair?

Absolutely! We recommend that hair is pin up or braided updo to avoid tangling and if hair get wet, we advise that you wash out any chemicals that may get into the hair with good quality shampoo and condition.
