ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

DUE TO COVID-19 VIRUS ORDER PROCESSING TIME is EXTENDED FOR ALL ITEMS. It may take up to 5-7 business days before items are dispatched. For wig orders, it may take up to a 10-14  business day period before wig orders are delivered. However, we are working around the clock to ship out orders as soon as possible and have met the appropriate shipping time

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and received 7-10 business days depending on location with our standard insured shipping. For our express insured shipping items can be received within 5-7 business days after processing time. Once shipped, international orders can take up to 14 business days for delivery. For specific international delivery times, please refer to DHL shipping website. For more information on international shipping, please see below. . During huge sales shipping delays can occur for domestic and international orders. QUEEN'S KLOSET LLC ships worldwide 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not beginning processing until Monday.


Once customer receives tracking number for items, QUEEN'S KLOSET LLC is not responsible for any lost packages once item leaves our care and is given to shipping company. Each customer is notified about their tracking number and it is their responsibility to make sure someone is in attendance to receive package upon delivery. Each shipping label created by QUEEN'S KLOSET LLC will have the matching shipping address provided by customer at checkout. Packages may or may not require signature; therefore, it is critical that customers are in attendance to the shipping address they provided on QUEEN'S KLOSET LLC to receive package(s) once it is out for delivery. If shipping delays occurs after package is given to DHL shipping company to be shipped out, please refer all questions and concerns to the appropriate shipping company.   


WIG ORDERS:
QUEEN'S KLOSET COLLECTION provides the best quality of product to each customer, which we take necessary precautions of each wig unit to meet our company's quality demands. Therefore, due to construction of wig units (machine made) and with thorough exceptions, wig units can take up 5-7  business days or less before shipped out to customer and during sale periods wig units may take longer to ship out. Due to the nature of our wig units and to upkeep sanitary standards, there are no refunds.
QUEEN'S KLOSET LLC is not responsible for any faulty installs or issues with your wig unit that happens while it is in the customer(your) care. Each unit goes through thorough inspection before you receive it, so any issues other than sizing are not our responsibility. 

FRONTALS/CLOSURES/BUNDLES

The items, frontals, closures, single bundles, and bundle deals also go through thorough inspection in order to provide the best products to customers. Therefore, to ensure the safety of all our customers and employees, we cannot accept any refund and exchanges on these items. We highly recommend before customer completes order, that customer checks the texture, length, and/or lace type of the item(s) they will like order. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All customers are responsible for their own shipping, duty fees and custom charges. QUEEN'S KLOSET LLC will not pay those fees. The amount on the fees depends on the county rules and regulations in which this is outside of QUEEN'S KLOSET LLC prices. 

Shipping and delivery can take up to 14 business days after processing to receive.
